Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and unwashed.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at Shop@mlbmusiccity.com with your order number and details.

• If the item you are requesting is in high demand, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning your original purchase to avoid delays or stocking issues.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right!
